Your audio never leaves your device

The tools process files, texts and microphone recordings inside your browser. They are not sent to our servers or to third parties, and we do not store them. The only exception is YouTube to MP3, explained below.

Data that is processed

We do not ask for registration or personal data. Even so, using the website involves the following data:

• Technical connection data (IP address, browser, pages and time of the visit), which the server and our hosting provider (Vercel Inc. (Estados Unidos)) log to serve the website and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and operation of the service. It is kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
• The video link you paste into YouTube to MP3. Our server uses it to fetch the audio from YouTube and sends it straight to you, without storing it. Legal basis: providing the service you request.
• Your theme (light or dark) and language preferences, saved in technical cookies in your browser. See the cookie policy.

AI model downloads

The artificial intelligence tools download their models from Hugging Face (huggingface.co), a service based in the United States. When this happens, your browser connects to their servers, which receive your IP address and the technical data of the request, as with any website. We do not send them your audio or any other data. The models are saved in your browser's cache so they don't need downloading again.

Likewise, YouTube to MP3 shows the video thumbnail from YouTube's servers (i.ytimg.com, owned by Google).

Advertising

The website is, or may be, funded by Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. In the European Economic Area, these cookies are only used if you give your consent in the notice shown when you arrive, which you can change at any time. You can turn off personalized advertising in Google's ad settings (adssettings.google.com). International transfers

Hugging Face and Google are based in the United States. Transfers to providers certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework are covered by a European Commission adequacy decision; otherwise, they rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to everyaudiotool@gmail.com. Since we don't ask for data to identify you, we may need additional information to find the data concerning you. If you believe your request was not properly handled, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

The website is not directed at children under 14.
