About everyaudiotool
Free audio tools that run on your device, with no sign-up and without uploading your files to any server.
What everyaudiotool is
everyaudiotool brings together in one place the audio tools most people need at some point: converting formats, trimming and joining files, applying effects, removing vocals from a song, cleaning noise from a recording, turning text into speech or transcribing audio to text. There are more than thirty tools organized in four categories, a Lab with experiments and a blog with guides that explain how to use them and the audio concepts behind them.
Why everything runs in your browser
Most sites like this upload your file to a server, process it there and send you the result. Not here: processing happens on your own device, with FFmpeg compiled to WebAssembly, the browser's Web Audio API and artificial intelligence models that download once and run locally. That has three advantages: your recordings never leave your computer, there are no queues or daily limits, and the site can be free without asking you for an account.
We explain it in technical detail in how we process audio in your browser.
Who's behind it
everyaudiotool is an independent project created and maintained by Javier Gómez Pérez, in Spain. It doesn't belong to any audio software company or music platform. The owner's full details are in the legal notice.
How it's funded
Every tool is free and there's no paid version. To cover hosting and development, the site is funded by Google AdSense advertising. Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain what data is processed and how you can accept or reject advertising cookies.
Technology and credits
everyaudiotool is built on open-source projects, each with its own license:
- FFmpeg (in WebAssembly): audio and video conversion, decoding and export.
- ONNX Runtime Web: runs the AI models in the browser, with WebGPU or WebAssembly.
- Kokoro: the text-to-speech model.
- Whisper (OpenAI): the speech recognition model.
- Demucs (Meta): the voice and instrument separation model.
- RNNoise: the neural network that cleans noise from speech.
How we write our guides
The blog guides explain how our tools work and the audio concepts behind them, without exaggerated promises. The times, limits and settings we quote are those of the tools themselves, and when an article is expanded or corrected, we note its update date. If you find a mistake, write to us and we'll fix it.
