Purpose

everyaudiotool offers free audio tools that run in the browser: format conversion, effects, editing, analysis and artificial intelligence features such as text to speech, transcription or stem separation. Unless stated otherwise, files are processed on the user's device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Terms of use

Access to and use of the website are free and require no registration. By using it you accept these terms. You agree to use the tools lawfully and, in particular, to process only audio you have rights to or permission for: your own recordings, licensed content or public-domain works.

The YouTube to MP3 tool must only be used with videos whose audio you have the right to download (for example, your own content or content licensed to allow it). Voice cloning must only be applied to the voices of people who have given their permission. Using the tools to impersonate others, infringe third-party rights or for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.

Intellectual property

The texts, design, original code, logos and other elements of the website belong to their owner or are used under license. Third-party engines and models (FFmpeg, ONNX Runtime, Kokoro, Whisper, Demucs and others) keep their own licenses, which are linked from the tools.

The files you create with the tools are yours, but the rights to the original audio remain with its author.

Liability

The tools are provided as is, with no guarantee of specific results: quality depends on the source audio, the device and the browser. The owner is not responsible for how the tools are used or for the content processed with them, nor for service interruptions due to technical causes beyond its control.

The website may contain links to third-party sites whose content the owner neither controls nor is responsible for.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law; if the user is a consumer, those of their place of residence.
